General Shipping Information
Are the posters packaged safely?
Prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in an extra thick triangle box/tube.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, I ship worldwide!
What are the shipping fees like?
No matter how many posters you buy, the amount you pay for shipping is fixed in your country's currency, even if your order takes up more than one parcel.
I'm thinking of ordering a poster. How do I opt for tracked shipping?
All orders placed on my store have tracked shipping by default. There's no option for untracked shipping.
I ordered a poster. Where do I find the tracking number for my parcel?
The tracking number for your order will be sent out automatically as soon as there's an update. Please note that the tracking number will only become available once the completed order has been shipped out.
When will my order be shipped out?
Orders are typically shipped out within 3 business days from when the order is placed. This is because the average production time of a poster is about 2-3 business days.
How long does shipping usually take?
- For US orders, shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.
- For Canada & the rest of the world, shipping usually takes more than 10 business days.
Do I need to pay for shipment again if my package becomes a return shipment?
No worries! I'll resend the order free of charge the first time there's an issue. If it happens again, I'll issue a full refund.

Issues with Order and/or Shipping
Taxes / Customs and duties
- Orders are subject to taxes according to your country's regulations.
- The buyer is to be responsible for any taxes imposed on the order due to their country's regulations.
- For EU and/or UK orders, please note that you will have to pay for VATs after the parcel is processed at the customs.
Return parcels due to incorrect address
- Unfortunately I do not offer free of charge reshipments in case an invalid address was entered which caused a return parcel & failed delivery.
- However, if you think you typed in your address to the best of your ability & in the genuine belief that it was correct, please contact me here.
Return parcels due to non-collection
- I do not offer free of charge reshipments where delivery failed because of non-collection.
- The buyer is to shoulder the shipping cost.
- I apologize for the inconvenience.
Return parcels due to unknown/other reasons
- Please contact me here.
- I recommend attaching relevant images and providing as much detail as possible so I can see if it is possible to provide a free of charge reshipment.
Damaged or faulty products
- Please contact me here or through my email at meowmeowgirlx@gmail.com if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you received the wrong item.
- Please only contact me within 3 days of the delivery date, attaching pictures of the item you received.
- If there is an issue with the product, I will continue to liaise with you via email about placing another order for you free of charge, or providing a refund.
Chargeback Policy
I intend to file a chargeback because I want to withdraw my order.
Please DO NOT file chargebacks — for the sake of my continued work as an artist.
- If you intend to file a chargeback to force a refund, contact me first via Instagram Direct Message @meowmeowgirl urgently so I can look into the matter for you and offer alternative solutions, or do a refund for you without incurring a chargeback.
- I want to prevent chargebacks as much as possible because they jeopardize my livelihood as an artist running a small business.
- Chargebacks incur huge fees. Instead of earning just zero profit, I incur real losses from the order.
- If a chargeback is filed, I will submit evidence to PayPal or the bank that the filer has ticked the box at checkout acknowledging that they have agreed to the terms and conditions as stated.
