Refund policy

Strictly no refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed, unless:

1. Item did not arrive, and when the tracking number is checked it does not say that the item has been delivered to the customer's address yet; or

2. The item is found damaged or faulty and evidence is given in the form of photos and/or videos to the seller that it is damaged or faulty, within 3 days of the customer's receipt of the item referenced by the date and time of receipt stated on the tracking number.
