Shipping policy

It may take some time for tracking numbers to update after I just send the shipments out. Do be patient and if you have any concerns please reach out to me via the contact form.

Late shipment is not a valid reason for a refund, return, cancellation, or exchange.

Once an order is shipped, it is out of the seller's control. The seller is not responsible to refund the shipment price of any lost packages.

It is the customer's duty to check the tracking number once it is provided and alert the seller of any issues with delivery or call their local post office to ascertain the location of the package. It is not the seller's responsibility to monitor the customer's tracking number for them upon provision of the tracking number to the customer. Any issues with delivery must be promptly raised by the customer for the seller to check for them. If 30 days have lapsed since the order has been shipped and no request has been made by the buyer for the seller to help locate the parcel, then the seller is not obligated to locate the parcel for the buyer, neither is the seller obligated to initiate a refund, return, cancellation, or exchange for the buyer for any lost package.
