Emailed seller to cancel order (which was listed as the primary contact via app I ordered from/am reviewing through), heard nothing back, the item was shipped about 2 weeks later, contacted seller again, heard nothing back again. Went through their contact form and was told my emails were ‘filtered out’ even though they can find them if they search and theres ‘nothing they can do as they don’t accept returns’
If your listed contact, primary or not, is ‘filtered out’ it is your responsibility not the buyers,I had emailed with adequate notice, the cancellation/return should be honoured due to the request being ignored by the seller.
Definitely won’t be ordering again.
